Software is tested and developed on original Windows PRO builds (not HOME, not repacks, not transcoded versions, not stripped-down versions—specifically the original PRO version). Don't confuse "original" with "licensed" or "activated"; original means installed from the official website, specifically from there. Tests are conducted on clean PCs, so we are not responsible for any conflicting software that may be installed on your computer. You need to be prepared to understand your computer to some degree and be capable of modifying certain system parameters (of course, we will guide and assist you through this process). The worst-case scenario for you is a Windows reinstall. You must be mentally prepared for this possibility.
Spoofer is software that allows you to change/spoof the serial numbers of computer components (graphics card, processor, keyboard, etc.) on a computer network so they appear authentic but are not. A spoofer cannot unban a game account that has already been banned. However, the spoofer helps you bypass hardware bans. Think of it this way: imagine you purchased a new computer with new components—that's how a spoofer functions. If you receive a hardware ban (HWID ban), your only recourse is to either purchase new hardware or use a spoofer.
Depends. If you used our software with an integrated spoofer, you just need to create a new account and you're good to go (except for BO7, because you need to create a new Windows account). If not: spoof your HWID, create a new account, and then you're good to go and can play again!
